Personal Lines Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join a busy and customer-focused team. This role offers the chance to work across all Personal Lines product areas, supporting renewals, mid-term adjustments, amendments, and client queries while contributing to retention and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, client retention, and policy servicing in line with targets and compliance standards
• Process mid-term alterations, amendments, accounts entry, claims liaison, and client correspondence
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files on Relay
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve team objectives

Compliance

• Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance standards are met throughout all processes

Requirements

• APA qualification required
• CIP preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced insurance or financial services environment
• Knowledge of Relay is an advantage
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Flexible, adaptable, and open to change in a dynamic workplace
