Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join the business in a newly created Group FP&A Manager role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights, and supporting future growth initiatives.
The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic projects and M&A activity within a dynamic, international environment.
You will:
- Own and enhance the Group rolling forecast model across revenue, cash flow and working capital.
- Lead the annual budgeting process across multiple international entities, partnering closely with local finance teams.
- Develop scenario analysis, sensitivity models and strategic planning tools to support key business decisions.
- Monitor cash performance and highlight risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Prepare management packs, Board reports and investor presentations.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and provide clear commentary on business performance.
- Partner with finance teams across the organisation to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
- Support acquisition opportunities through financial modelling and investment analysis
Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience across FP&A, commercial finance, transaction services, corporate finance or corporate development.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and business performance reporting.
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
