Alan graduated from Maynooth University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
After moving back from a year in Australia in October 2023 he decided to move away from 7 years experience in Banking Operations into Recruitment
From day one in Engage People, Alan discovered a passion for the recruitment process and takes great satisfaction in helping people find their ideal careers.

Andy joined Engage People in early 2025 with over 15 years of experience in tech recruitment, a wealth of knowledge, and a passion for connecting top talent with forward-thinking organisations. He shares our mission to find the right fit and make it happen at every touchpoint.
Driven, consultative, and creative in his approach, Andy excels in fast-paced environments where he’s sourcing candidates, meeting hiring managers, and filling roles across the technology spectrum. His expertise spans cybersecurity, development, and infrastructure, where he has built a strong reputation for delivering results.
Andy holds an MBS in HRM, a degree in HR, and a certification in Industrial Relations, and is an associate member of the CIPD, bringing both strategic insight and academic grounding to every engagement.

Ben joined Engage People in 2025 to lead our Commercial & Residential Real Estate Recruitment division, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience within the Property sector across the UK and Ireland. Before moving into recruitment, Ben led the Savills office in Blackrock, covering South County Dublin, giving him a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, key roles, and what truly defines exceptional talent in this space.
Since transitioning into recruitment in 2019, Ben has specialised exclusively in the Real Estate sector, building an extensive network of high-calibre professionals and trusted industry connections. His industry background gives him a unique ability to understand client needs and identify candidates who can make a real impact.
At Engage People, Ben partners with both businesses and professionals across the Real Estate market, combining his deep sector knowledge with a consultative, relationship-driven approach. His goal is to connect ambitious companies with top-performing talent while helping professionals take the next confident step in their careers.

Caroline joined the Marketing department at Engage People as Senior Marketing Executive. She has previous experience in creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives within the recruitment industry.
She has a Master of Science in Marketing, Consumption and Society from the University of Limerick and a proven track record of increasing brand visibility and engagement through various digital platforms for multiple brands in diverse industries.
At Engage People, Caroline is passionate driving the our marketing efforts forward, focusing on enhancing brand recognition and community engagement.

Chloe joined Engage People in 2025 as part of the Accountancy recruitment division, bringing a strong background in people management, operations, and client engagement, as well as international experience from her time living and working in Australia. During this period, she gained valuable exposure to best-practice recruitment through her work with Robert Walters Australia.
A graduate of University College Dublin with a BA in Economics and Sociology, Chloe was awarded the UCD Cothrom na Féinne Scholarship for her dedication to higher education. She later completed her Dance Teacher training with ICFE, further strengthening her communication, leadership, and people-focused skills.
Chloe’s approach to recruitment is rooted in professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent outcomes. She is passionate about supporting accounting professionals in advancing their careers and partnering with businesses to secure high-quality finance talent.

Karina has over five years of recruitment experience, starting out in the life sciences sector, where she connected top talent with leading companies. Having lived in five countries, she brings a strong global perspective and thrives in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
She recently made the move into financial services recruitment, joining Engage People in Dublin. Now focused on this dynamic sector, Karina is keen to bring her expertise to both clients and candidates, helping them navigate an ever-changing market.
Karina currently works with a mix of global financial services firms and boutique players, focusing on the Funds and Investment space.
She holds a degree in Advertising, PR, and Media from Middlesex University, which gives her a solid grounding in communication and strategy.

Keith joined Engage People in 2021 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. After graduating from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages, he began working at Deutsche Bank.
For 15 years, he worked in several senior roles across the organisation -specialising in Payment Operations and KYC/AML activities before taking on the Chief Operating Officer role.
Finally succumbing to a desire for something new, Keith decided to move away from his career in Investment Banking and joined Engage People. His industry experience puts him in an advantageous position to scout out top talent as he works on aligning businesses with the best professionals in the financial services space.

Klara joined Engage People in 2025, bringing over twelve years of experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industry, with a strong background in contract and payroll services, customer support, and account management. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in overseeing office management and day-to-day operations, helping to drive efficiency and support business success.
Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality service make her a trusted partner for both clients and candidates. Klara holds a QQI Level 6 Certificate in Payroll Techniques and is proficient in a wide range of software systems, making her a valuable asset to the team
Creative, self-motivated, and highly adaptable, Klara is excited to bring her expertise to Engage People and continue making a positive impact across the business.

Working with Dublin’s top Financial Services firms, Michael guides high-performing talent towards advancements in their careers.
He graduated from DIT with a master’s degree in Business Studies and brings 11 years of financial services experience. He also brings 14 years of retail management experience.
Michael enjoys working with ambitious people on a daily basis and feels most rewarded when he’s part of the next step in an ambitious professional’s career.

Paul is the Founder of Engage People. He established our talent agency in 2016, following 15 years of recruiting at the highest level in the Dublin and Sydney Financial Markets.
After 10 years with Cpl Resources Plc where Paul was a Director overseeing the organisation’s Financial & Legal recruitment business, Paul set up Engage People -which has since enjoyed exciting growth. He has built a strong track record in the Senior Financial arena where he recruits at the CFO and Finance Director levels, all while supporting some of Ireland’s strongest financial service brands.
Paul is working hard in building a culture which attracts, develops and coaches business leaders of the future so we can add the highest value to our clients and candidates throughout their lives and careers. Of greatest interest to Paul is Engage People’s focus on aligning business with talent.

Rob specialises in Insurance recruitment, partnering closely with businesses to identify and secure the right talent to meet their unique needs. With a deep understanding of the Insurance sector, Rob brings a consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring clients and candidates achieve their goals.
Previously, Rob served as Head of Membership at Dublin Chamber, where he built a strong network of corporate connections and honed his skills in hosting events across the country.
A keen networker, Rob is a great believer in the power of connecting and introducing people, knowing that if you are looking for opportunities, you are looking for people.
In his spare time, Rob is a St Patricks Athletic fanatic, a husband of one, and a father of two, Liam & Tommy.

In 2023 Ross stepped into his Engage People Role as the Technology Division Manager.
Beginning his career in Technology Recruitment back in 2018 Ross has a wealth of experience in Technology recruitment and has successfully placed teams of contract and permanent staff in a variety of sectors including Tech/SaaS, Financial Services, Banking and Pharmaceuticals.
In 2021 Ross was one the top performing tech recruiters countrywide while successfully completing a part time Master’s in Strategic Management (2.1) and finishing his thesis on “Finding the Best Practice Approach to Leading and Managing the Performance of Remote Working Recruitment Consultants

Shauna brings international recruitment expertise to Engage People, with a specialist background in medical and personal line insurance and recruitment in the global market. Having spent six years based in the U.A.E., she has built a strong track record in sourcing top-tier talent and partnering with leading insurers across diverse and fast-paced environments.
Shauna is now focused on the Irish market, helping clients find exceptional talent within the financial services sector. Her international experience gives her a valuable edge in understanding both client needs and candidate motivations, allowing her to deliver a tailored, results-driven approach.
Known for her professionalism, insight, and relationship-focused style, Shauna is passionate about supporting candidates through meaningful career transitions while strengthening partnerships with growing businesses across Ireland.

Sinead works with a variety of clients in the accountancy space -including some of Ireland’s biggest companies as well as an array of multinationals.
She has an excellent track record of successful candidate delivery for both leadership and fully qualified accountancy professionals.
Sinead joined Engage People in 2016 after working in the Youth Justice sector. She holds a BA Hons from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Sinead loves the fast-paced world of recruitment and the daily opportunities to meet and speak to interesting people.

Yazmin joined Engage People in 2025 as part of the Executive Search division, bringing over five years of international experience in executive search, market research, and strategic talent consulting. She has led senior-level mandates across Europe, the US, and LATAM, working with clients in financial services, banking, industrials, and technology.
Prior to joining Engage People, Yazmin held key roles at Boyden and Raines International. She also worked as a Senior Analyst in Market Research at Santander Bank and began her career in finance and administrative roles with multinational companies.
Yazmin is experienced in market intelligence, project coordination, and candidate mapping, with a practical and detail-oriented approach that supports successful outcomes across each stage of the search process.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Digital Marketing and Economics, is a Certified Professional Ontological Coach, and has completed a University Project Management Programme. A native Spanish speaker, Yazmin is fluent in English and Italian.
At Engage People, she supports clients with executive search, succession planning, and market mapping, contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s Executive Search practice.

Yseult plays a key leadership role in driving Engage People’s growth across our core areas, including Accountancy, Banking, Insurance, and Technology. She brings a stellar reputation and extensive experience from high-performing recruitment environments, along with strategic insight and operational excellence developed through years of executive search and leading successful teams in Australia
Renowned for her proven track record in delivering results within fast-paced, scaling businesses, Yseult now leads our commercial operations, focusing on optimising performance, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting our expanding team to meet growing market demand.
