💶 Salary: €34,000 – €40,000 plus Benefits

The Role:

• Engage with customers to help prevent and reduce loan arrears.

• Agree practical repayment plans with clients experiencing financial difficulty.

• Review arrears cases and help determine the most appropriate next steps.

• Keep accurate and timely records across internal systems and trackers.

• Handle member queries clearly, fairly and professionally.

• Work with external solicitors and attend court where required.

• Contribute to regular team and case-review meetings.

• Support wider business initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.

The Candidate:

• You have around three year’s experience in credit control, arrears management or a similar financial services role.

• You hold a relevant QFA qualification, or are working towards completion in 2026 or early 2027, and ideally have knowledge of MARP and personal insolvency legislation.

• You’re a confident communicator who can manage sensitive conversations, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
