We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Protection Advisor to join a growing mortgage brokerage, focusing on protecting clients alongside their mortgage journey.

The Role

You will be responsible for advising clients on Mortgage Protection and related protection products, ensuring they have the right cover in place when purchasing or refinancing their home.

You’ll work closely with the mortgage team, taking warm leads generated through the mortgage process and converting these into protection business.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Mortgage Protection, Life Cover and Income Protection
• Manage warm leads and maximise conversion opportunities
• Conduct client fact-finds and provide tailored protection advice
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
• Manage applications from initial advice through to completion
• Identify opportunities for additional protection and cross-selling
• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• QFA qualified or working towards QFA
• Previous experience in protection, life insurance, financial advice or mortgage-related sales
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Commercially driven with a genuine desire to earn and progress
• Confident, personable and comfortable speaking with clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with warm leads would be advantageous
