Payroll Specialist | South Dublin | Hybrid | €42,500-€45,000

I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a well-established in-house payroll team in South Dublin.

It’s a good opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ payroll experience who wants to work within a larger payroll function, with exposure to both Irish and UK payroll.

Responsibilities

• Processing monthly payrolls for Ireland and the UK
• Maintaining payroll data and processing changes through SAP
• Carrying out payroll checks and audits before sign-off
• Managing and resolving payroll queries
• Completing payroll reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting payroll system testing and regulatory changes
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within strict deadlines
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation

Requirements

• IPASS qualified
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Good understanding of Irish payroll processes
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a busy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• UK payroll experience would be advantageous
• SAP experience is desirable but not essential
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys working as part of a team
