You will work with an experienced and supportive manager while building strong client relationships and developing new business across pensions, protection, investments and broader financial planning. The role

• Develop new business from warm leads, referrals and existing client relationships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Provide tailored advice across pensions, protection, investments and savings.
• Conduct client reviews and identify further financial planning opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive and professional client service.
• Prepare clear financial planning recommendations based on individual client needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to generate cross-referral opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, suitability and regulatory compliance.

Is this you?

• You have at least three years’ experience in financial advice, life and pensions or wealth management.
• You hold a QFA qualification or another recognised financial planning qualification.
• You are commercially minded and confident with clients.
