An exciting new opportunity has become available to join a leading financial institution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role that will include responsibilities such as managing various teams, driving high standards of customer service, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Monitor, review, and oversee employee performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Ensure high standards of service deliver, aligned with agreed budgets and performance metrics.
• Promote awareness of the services provided by business and support strong community engagement.
• Ensure all targets and objectives set by the CEO and Board of Directors are met effectively, while fostering collaborative relationships with the CEO, Management Team, Board and external stakeholders.
• Uphold strong office administration practices and manage internal and external communications.
• Support the Finance Officer with monthly account preparation and reporting.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning and execution.

The Candidate:

1. A third-level business degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
2. APA/QFA qualifications are advantageous.

1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the financial services industry, ideally including management and/or consumer lending experience.
2. Strong people management, leadership and communication skills – written and verbal.
3. High proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft Office tools, and regularity awareness.
4. A proven track record of achievement in a similar operations or leadership role, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
5. The ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.
