Due to continued growth, a leading Irish mortgage firm is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to support the Mortgage Advisory team and be part of a highly rewarding work environment.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and workflow management.
• Mortgage Application Processing: Manage mortgage applications, tracking the progress of mortgages cases from submission to completion.
• Client Communication: Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on the application process.
• Liaising with Third Parties: Communicating with lenders, solicitors, and clients to track the progress of mortgage applications.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met.

The Candidate:

1. Experience in an administration role is required.
2. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organisation skills.
5. Familiarity with the mortgage application process is a plus but not a requirement.
