This hands-on role combines IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI adoption, working closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and business efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking to shape an organisation’s technology strategy while leading AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
THIS ROLE IS PAYING €80,000 PER ANNUM
THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, hardware, and third-party IT providers.
· Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, business applications, user access, and software licensing.
· Ensure cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, disaster recovery, backups, and IT governance.
· Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and provide end-user training and support.
· Develop and deliver the organisation’s IT strategy, technology roadmap, and vendor management.
· Identify and implement process automation using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar.
· Evaluate, deploy, and govern AI solutions, including AI assistants and workflow automation tools.
· Develop AI governance policies, promote responsible AI adoption, and deliver AI training across the business.
· Build integrations between core business systems to improve efficiency and data quality.
· Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements that support business growth.
Requirements:
· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years’ experience in an IT Management, IT Systems, or Digital Operations role.
· Strong experience managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
· Proven experience implementing AI tools and workflow automation in a commercial environment.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, and disaster recovery.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
