Operations Associate

We’re partnering with a fast-growing international financial services business to recruit an Operations Associate who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across client onboarding, payments, settlements and client servicing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of operational processes, work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact as the business continues to scale.

About You

• 1-3 years’ experience in invoice discounting operations (must have!)
• Exposure to KYC, AML and client onboarding processes.
• Experience with payments, reconciliations or multi-currency transactions is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
