Residential Block Property Manager opportunity with Tier One Real Estate business, based in Central Dublin.

This is a fantastic role with an award-winning company and a brilliant team, specialising in high profile portfolios in the Dublin area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of common areas within high-quality residential developments, primarily institutionally owned. Given the nature of these portfolios, this role does not require attendance at Board Meetings or AGMs, allowing for a stronger focus on strategic property and asset management.

While the ideal person for this position is an experienced Block PM, we are keen to speak with Block Property Management Administrators who are ready to move into a full PM position, as well as Tenancy Property Managers who are interested in pivoting their career in to the Block PM space.

If you are a PSRA licenced Property Professional (cat. D required) and have a driving licence and own car, this is a brilliant position with a really top-class Irish company with strong operational support, super collaborative culture and a genuine work / life balance, often rare in this type of work.
