They are looking for an experienced Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team to help support their already successful business. The role will involve dealing with landlords and tenants as well as sellers and buyers so we are looking for someone experienced in these areas who loves Property and loves dealing with people.

The company have a stellar reputation for top class service which has been built on trust over several generations. They are lucky to be in a position where new business generation is not the number one priority, so looking after clients and real quality customer service is at the forefront here.

The successful candidate should have direct experience working in the Residential Property sector as well as a PSRA licence and their own car and driving licence. You will be joining a settled team of top-quality Real Estate professionals and a pleasant collaborative environment with excellent support. Strong base salary depending on experience as well as commission for business brought in and transacted on, department bonus and several benefits.
