Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing relationships.
• Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and financial fact-finding meetings.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional financial planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing support and regular engagement.
• Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to support growth and referral opportunities.

Is this you?

• QFA qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning, Life & Pensions, or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and broader financial planning solutions.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve commercial targets.
