• Act as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of business clients.
• Process and authorise client payment requests within delegated authority levels.
• Review invoices, perform verification checks and support funding availability processes.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries, reconciliations and payment issues.
• Monitor client compliance with operational requirements and escalate concerns where appropriate.
• Maintain reporting, risk controls and operational records to required standards.
• Deliver client training and support to encourage effective system usage and compliance.

• Experience supporting clients within financial services, banking, lending or a regulated operational environment.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management and payment processing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to investigate issues, reconcile discrepancies and manage queries through to resolution.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Previous exposure to invoice finance, factoring or asset-based lending environments would be advantageous.
