Investment Sales Manager

Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global cutting-edge investment management company that is looking to expand its Irish footprint. Together, we are looking for strong sales managers to join their growing team in Ireland.

The Company

This company is an investment management firm with a strong brand in the Irish market. They sell investment products to high-net-worth individuals across the globe and are known for their collaborative workplace culture, strong compensation packages, and excellent career development opportunities.

The Role

You will be targeting selling bespoke investment services and solutions to high-net-worth clients in Ireland. It’s a simple as that! No two days will look the same in this role as you consult with your clients over the phone or face to face to determine the best investment solutions to their needs. Note that this role is remote-first.

The Candidate

You will have a full QFA qualification and experience selling to high-net-worth individuals. You will be comfortable with working remotely, but the business may require trips to the Dublin HQ or client visits, so you’ll need to be able to make this happen.

What’s in it for you?

A base salary of EUR 100K plus commission, coupled with market-leading benefits.

OTE Year One EUR 160K+
