Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong reputation for delivering tailored mortgage solutions and exceptional client service. They are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will use your in depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market to identify suitable mortgage products and solutions for clients. You will guide clients through the full mortgage journey, from understanding their financial circumstances and objectives through to recommending appropriate mortgage options.
This is a client focused role suited to an experienced Mortgage Advisor who is comfortable working in a target driven environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ financial circumstances, mortgage requirements and objectives.
* Provide tailored mortgage advice and develop suitable mortgage solutions based on individual client needs.
* Explain mortgage products, lending criteria and available options clearly and effectively to clients.
* Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
* Build strong and trusted relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to support their wider financial needs.
* Stay up to date with changes across the Irish mortgage market, including lending criteria, regulations, market trends and new products.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients receive an efficient and professional service.
* Consistently achieve agreed individual and team targets.
Requirements
* QFA qualification is mandatory.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client facing Mortgage Advisor role.
* Previous experience within a mortgage brokerage environment is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, mortgage products and lending criteria.
* Proven experience providing mortgage advice within a target based environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
* High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.

Working Arrangement
Job Type: Full time
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home each week following the initial onboarding and induction period.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
