Title: IT Operations Analyst

Type: Permanent and onsite 5 days a week

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 base and package

We’re looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a busy technology team in Dublin. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while working closely with users, internal technology teams and external providers.

THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK

What you’ll be doing:

· Own and resolve IT incidents, service requests and operational issues.

· Support Microsoft 365, Windows, end-user devices, networks, meeting rooms and hardware.

· Manage hardware deployments, replacements, repairs and asset lifecycle.

· Support joiner, mover and leaver processes.

· Work with third-party vendors and internal technology teams to keep services running smoothly.

· Support IT projects, upgrades, office moves, Disaster Recovery and resilience testing.

· Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement across IT services.

· Maintain IT documentation, procedures and operational controls.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support or Service Delivery.

· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and networking.

· Experience working with ITSM / ticketing processes including Incident, Request and Change Management.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Confident dealing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, asset management or Disaster Recovery is a plus.

· Financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
